From the Ashes é o sétimo álbum de estúdio do punk rock da banda Pennywise , lançado em 09 setembro de 2003. A maioria dos exemplares incluem um DVD com o making of do álbum.
Embora o álbum não manteve a mesma popularidade dos dois últimos álbuns, Straight Ahead eLand of the Free? , From the Ashes alcançou o número 54 na Billboard 200 e número 4 na parada Top Independent Albums, marcando o maior mapeamento inicial álbum na carreira do Pennywise.
